Join us for this first part of a two-week class on making shadow boxes with needle felted scenes taught by needle felter Patsy Frasier. 

A $20 materials fee is required to confirm your registration. All materials will be provided.

We can only accept cash or check payment at the library. Pending registrations will be moved to the waitlist if not confirmed with payment after one week.
