This is an ongoing program where we are going to be making recipes from cookbooks of famous chefs, restaurants or a particular region or ethnicity and sharing how they came out with other cooking enthusiasts.  Cookbooks will be available at the library to check out.

This is like a book discussion only it will be about the recipe.  Would you do anything differently?  Was the recipe easy to follow?  Was there a reason you chose this recipe? Would you make this recipe again? You don't have to be a professional chef to join us - if you like to cook and want to try something different, join us each month as we "taste" our way through the year.
