Culinary Adventures: Recipes from The Pioneer Woman

Monday, April 56:30—8:00 PMZoom

We are kicking off something new with the Culinary Adventures program this month.  We are going to be making recipes from cookbooks of famous chefs, restaurants or a particular region or ethnicity and sharing how they came out with other cooking enthusiasts.  Cookbooks will be available at the library to check out.

For April's program, we are going to make a recipe from one of The Pioneer Woman's cookbooks.  You only need to make one recipe, BUT you need to follow the recipe exactly as it is written.  Normally, we would all get together and try each of the dishes, but for now we will do this virtually.  You will show your dish to the group, and let us know how it tastes.

This is like a book discussion only it will be about the recipe.  Would you do anything differently?  Was the recipe easy to follow?  Was there a reason you chose this recipe? Would you make this recipe again?

You don't have to be a professional chef to join us - if you like to cook and want to try something different, join us each month as we "taste" our way through the year. For a list of upcoming Culinary Adventure themes, click here: 2021 Culinary Adventures List
