The Granite VNA is offering a foot clinic every month, on the first Tuesday. To schedule an appointment you need to call (800) 924-8620, ext. 85815. You will be working directly with the Granite VNA for scheduling and ongoing care.

Services offered include: Foot Care, Blood Pressure Screening, Medication Education, Nutritional Education. A suggested donation of $10 is requested for services.
