Open Mic: An Evening of Poetry and Music

Tuesday, August 277:00—9:00 PMProgram Meeting Room

Join us for our monthly open mic night at the library! All writers, poets, and musicians, as well as listeners are invited to the Moultonborough Public Library's Poetry and Music evening events, held this summer in June, July, and August from 7-9pm.

This month's featured artist is Tom Diegoli, who has written three chapbooks, produced two DVDs, and has had his poems appear in various magazines and anthologies. He also writes short stories and one of these years might actually put together a collection of them. During the pandemic he began to put short poems on tshirts, hoping it might catch on.

Tom Diegoli lives up beyond the notches in Gorham, New Hampshire with his daughter, dogs, and cats (no bees this year). These days he spends his time on small woodworking projects, cooking, out back tending his vegetable garden, or inside watching videos and wishing the weather was warm or dry enough to be out back tending to his garden.

Registration for this event has now closed.
