Here are a few reasons that sewing is awesome:

• You can make whatever you want once you have enough practice! Clothes, stuffed animals, a sweater for your cat - all these are possible!
• You poke a bit of cloth with a sharp object and it makes something! It's kind of like magic!

If this sounds interesting to you, join us on Friday, October 10th, at 11am (right after story time) to learn the basics of sewing! We'll be practicing by making simple stuffed animals from felt. All materials will be provided.

This program is for children 5 and up. We will be using actual needles, so the non-dexterous are at risk of being pricked.
