Join our 8-session class: Tai Chi for Beginners. Taught by Sue Graffam.
"As a certified instructor from Dr Paul Lam Tai Chi for Health Institute, I will teach Tai Chi for Beginners. As a retired RN, I enjoy this health practice, it has been easy to learn and a lot of fun. Tai Chi is a mind body practice which can increase your focus, balance, strength and flexibility.
With practice you can learn the foundational movements in this form. Please note that sessions will build on each other. Participants are requested to commit to the full series. Registration closes after the second class.
Please wear loose clothing and flat bottom footwear suitable for exercise.
Note that the last class will be on Thursday, November 30. That will appear as a separate event but participants will be automatically registered for that last session.
