Join our 8-session class: Tai Chi for Osteoporosis. Taught by Sue Graffam. 

"As a certified instructor from Dr Paul Lam Tai Chi for Health Institute, I will teach Tai Chi for Osteoporosis. As a retired RN, I enjoy this health practice, it has been easy to learn and a lot of fun. Tai Chi is a mind body practice which can increase your focus, balance, strength and flexibility.

Please note that sessions will build on each other. Participants are requested to commit to the full series. Registration closes after the second class of the series on March 17.

Please wear loose clothing and flat bottom footwear suitable for exercise.
