Join us for the third discussion in a three-part Wellness Reads series when we gather to discuss health topics with a Granite VNA health educator. This month, we will talk about caregivers and care giving, based on themes of the book Mother Lode: Confessions of a Reluctant Caregiver by Gretchen Staebler.
